Message from the Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate (CVPA)  

To help protect our children and volunteers, all AYSO volunteers - Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Referees, Team Managers, and Board Members - must complete and submit a Volunteer Application form prior to volunteering.
If you would like to volunteer this season, you are required to do the following:

1.              Go to "www.eayso.org” on the Internet
2.              Register as either an Adult Volunteer or, if under 18, a Youth Volunteer.
3.              Complete and apply your eSignature to the online Volunteer Application form.
4.              If you are a new volunteer, print 2 copies and bring them with your current drivers license to the first  half hour of any AYSO board meeting and request that a CVPA sign off and collect your form.  (see a list of sign-off opportunities below)
